The repair work carried out to your vehicle is guaranteed against faulty materials and / or workmanship under the same terms and conditions as given by the vehicle manufacturer.
This guarantee will run for the life of the vehicle under the Manufacturers Guarantee.
In the event of a claim being pursued under the guarantee we will require sight of the original Manufacturers Guarantee and confirmation that the relevant terms and conditions have been met.
In certain cases some replacement parts (eg mechanical, tyres, bulbs etc) ar subject to a shorter time or mileage guarantee which will apply.
Having your vehicle repaired by Fleetline Coachworks Ltd in no way affects your original Manufacturer's Guarantee.
Our paintwork finish guarantee is endorsed by our paint suppliers who are amongst the largest in the world.
Your vehicle has passed through our Quality Control System where it has been checked during the whole of the repair process and has been subject to a final Quality Control Inspection by a senior member of our team.
All of the information regarding the individual repair process to your vehicle is stored by Fleetline Coachworks Ltd.
Please Note: Contracted Repair Guarantee's will be as per the contract with the individual work provider.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
